Considering calendar options

I could offer a small calendar ICS file if needed, but I don’t want to overwhelm the user. I’ll plan to summarize the message first and then provide two versions: one for news updates and another for social media briefings. It would also make sense to ask if the user needs any follow-up for official confirmation, calendar reminders, or notifications. Keeping it all brief will be key here!
